Hold last session's weights, no increases. Technique and tempo.

Drop working load 10-15%, trim volume. No increases of any kind.

It’s like apple fitness, but more better and with AI
I've been using it for a week. The best part is that my last workout's stats are right there on the screen - no need to scroll through anything. The timer on Dynamic Island is awesome. It feels like you're leveling up your character, only in real life instead of a game.
Excellent app! It helps organize all the necessary exercises in a structured way, provides a comprehensive approach and motivates you not to stop after achieving your goals. As a bonus it offers a lot of useful information.
